College Athlete Summer Training Is Back

About the Program

Train Smart. Get Faster. Be Ready for Camp.

We’re kicking off our college summer training starting next weekend and running through the end of July. This program is built specifically for college athletes looking to improve performance before heading back to campus.

You’ll train with us 3x per week:

  • Monday – Max Velocity (Field Work)

  • Tuesday – Change of Direction + Lift @ Pro EDGE

  • Thursday – Acceleration + Lift @ Pro EDGE

All sessions begin at 10:30 AM.

We’re laser testing your speed, refining your mechanics, and building explosive power to set you apart when camp starts.

This summer, we’re also partnering with SStars to bring even more performance insight and elite programming to your sessions.
