At CC Sports Performance, our program is designed to build a strong foundation for athletic development in young athletes.
Many youth athletes develop improper movement patterns that increase the risk of injury. To prevent this and enhance performance, it’s essential for them to build a foundation in strength and conditioning, speed and agility, and flexibility. These key elements not only improve athletic ability but also boost self-confidence to compete at a higher level.
Our 12-week program teaches proper lifting technique, sprint mechanics, and movement skills to help middle school athletes (grades 5–8) build strength, improve speed, and move with confidence. Each session is designed to reduce injury risk while preparing athletes for long-term success in sports.

Is this safe for my child?
Yes. We focus on form and controlled progressions, always under supervision. -
Do they need prior training experience?
No. Beginners are welcome — we meet each athlete at their level. -
Do we need an evaluation before joining? Yes — new athletes and returning athletes who haven’t trained with us for 6+ weeks must take an evaluation before joining. This ensures they’re safe, ready, and we can track progress properly.

What happens if my child misses a session?
We allow 1 scheduled make-up session per month. -
What should my athlete bring?
Sneakers/cleats (if turf), water bottle, and a positive attitude. -
