Youth Athlete Development Program

Age Group: 12-14 Years Old

At CC Sports Performance, our program is designed to build a strong foundation for athletic development in young athletes.

Many youth athletes develop improper movement patterns that increase the risk of injury. To prevent this and enhance performance, it’s essential for them to build a foundation in strength and conditioning, speed and agility, and flexibility. These key elements not only improve athletic ability but also boost self-confidence to compete at a higher level.

Our coaches guide athletes through proper mechanics to maximize speed, power, and agility, helping them excel in their sport.
