Service Description

This high-performance summer training program is designed for returning college athletes preparing for fall camp. Sessions include laser-timed speed work, sprint mechanics, change of direction (COD), and strength development. Schedule: 🕥 Start Time: 10:30 AM Monday: Max Velocity (Field) Tuesday: COD + Lift @ Pro EDGE Thursday: Accel + Lift @ Pro EDGE Runs May through the end of July. Partnered with SStars for elite training systems.
